Car Vacuums

Drivers with dirty upholstery and carpet should use car vacuums to clean the interior of the car. There are different options for cleaning a car with a vacuum. A consumer can purchase a vacuum or make use of a coin-operated vacuum.

Coin-operated car vacuums are available at car washes and some gas stations. Drivers place quarters into the machine and use a powerful suction hose to clean debris from the interior of the vehicle. Since coin-operated vacuums only operate for a limited amount of time it is wise to clear out belongings from the car before beginning to vacuum.

Consumers can also purchase car vacuums. Handheld vacuums sit in a charger until they are ready to be used. Then they can be brought out to the car to clean the trunk, the seats, and upholstery.
