Cordless Vacuums

One of the most common complaints about vacuums has been their limited range. Cordless vacuums solve this problem. Instead of unplugging the vacuum each time a user goes to a different room, he can simply carry a cordless vacuum with him.

Cordless vacuums have an onboard battery. The battery is charged when the cordless vacuum is connected to the base and plugged in. Different sized vacuums have different power ratings depending upon the size of the battery.

Dirt Devil and Hoover were two of the pioneers of cordless vacuums. Now other companies such as Electrolux and Eureka manufacture these products. In addition, different sizes and shapes of vacuums are available to help with on the spot spills.
